THE Reading and Leeds festivals, this year featuring stars like Axl Rose are set to expand to a third site – on foreign soil. Their promoter Melvin Benn told me: “We may well develop a site but probably not in the UK. “It’s more than a dream but I can’t say where it will be. I’d like maybe to set it up for next year.” However, Melvin admits: “There’s no point in taking Reading and Leeds to an exotic location. It needs to be somewhere appropriate and exotic wouldn’t be appropriate
